Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Returns are only accepted for eligible products (custom or bridal orders are not returnable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bridal Ensembles and customized outfits
  • Altered or made-to-measure products
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size-related issues
  • Damaged or defective items

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the product
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error
